There's a sad but true Tiktok and Instagram meme going around among many artists and creators.

It's a video clip of them in their performing element, singing, dancing and showing all of their talents in performance...

...and then cuts to a video of them in business suits, corporate settings or their regular jobs.

And the caption? "No one talks about what it's like to go from this...(performer life) to this (traditional job)."

Well, we do talk about it here in God and Gigs.

The truth is, our entire platform is built around the fact that most creators have to manage dual careers - one in the church / ministry world, or possibly a corporate / traditional job, and the other in the mainstream arts, content creation and entertainment space.

So I feel if anyone understands the struggle that it is to live what feels like two different lives, it should be those in our community.
