Too Many Hats, Not Enough Hands?

Just how many hats are you wearing?

I don't mean fedoras, sombreros or trucker hats, of course. I'm referring the metaphorical 'hats' that we all wear in our different roles, both in our creative work and in our families and personal lives.

I experienced the hat-switching at a brand new level just this week, as I found myself coordinating a band for an artist 400 miles away, while simultaneously working on our church's podcast recording and publishing.

Surely this is a sign of potential overwhelm and burn-out, right?

Actually, it's not - because of the wonderful people I was working with.

The quality of the community around me - both in music and podcasting - made the management of both projects easy, so I never felt flustered or frustrated by a lack of time or focus.

This is why "who" you work with matters more than "what" you're working on.

Your roles may change, but if you have the right people surrounding you, you'll have consistent support no matter what you find yourself doing next.

In the month of March, our 360 Creator Community is focusing on the power of connecting with the right people - and we're helping our Creators build powerful networks and relationships that will be incredibly valuable years from now.

Remember the advice given in Scripture:

Without consultation, plans are frustrated, But with many counselors they succeed. - Proverbs 15:22 NASB20

One of our most helpful and inspiring trainings on building partnerships is our session with Misty Phillip, a gifted communicator, author and A.I. expert who helps people understand how faith and technology work together.

Divine Attention to Details As we step into this year's celebration of the risen Savior, one thought has been echoing in my mind. Jesus had the most important mission of all time - which meant He had the most potential distractions of anyone who ever lived. Any missed moment, lapse of judgement, or wasted opportunity could have potentially knocked Him off course on His way to fulfill God's purpose. And yet, He didn't let a single ball drop. He took care of His family, even in His dying...

God and Gigs 360 Gold (Presentation (16:9))

Only one question This is a different kind of "Creator Checkup"... ..because I'm the one that needs checking on. I'm sending you this in the midst of the recovery period after a tough two weeks with my family. And while I know everyone in our community is facing something...it's important that I'm open and honest with you. Because it doesn't make sense to call this a "Checkup" if we don't admit when things are going right and when things are going wrong. My wife and I use this method all the...

Maybe you feel like the year has flown by and you can hardly believe that we're nearly 20% done with the year. We're all feeling time rushing past us...but my question to you is... ...have you been making the most of the first 2 months of the year? If you're like me, it's hard to even pause to take stock of how things have gone in just the 1st eight weeks of 2026. But both personally and in our community, there have been a lot of wins. We've welcomed 3 new members into our 360 community and...
